Today its 2 and I have eaten an egg, as well as some salad. I’m trying this shit again. God I really want to lose 10 pounds.
So I haven’t been as good as I would like to be lately… but there’s always room for improvement right? I’m going to try and get myself a water bottle so that I can take it to school so that I can avoid food more. I ate a donut yesterday a ton of grapes as well as some baked chips. I also ate some gushers. I just have to retrain myself again. I’m sure I’ll be fine.
So my fasting will begin again on Monday. I’m going to try and see how long I can go without eating. My ultimate goal is four days. Right now I’m letting it all chill. Planning an exercise schedual. Whoopee..
So this week I have been a terrible dieter. I have not been counting calories what so ever. My goal is to be dieting very hard next week. I’m going to count each calorie I consume even if that means counting calories and drinks except for maybe orange juice. I am having a break this week due to my upcoming period. Nothing less I will be trying my hardest to go down to 125 pounds this month. For now that is my main goal, 125 pounds. I’m really hoping to arise this week as my poor dieting skills go and I will go back to my system as soon as possible.
Rents are making me eat today. I’m going on break soon so I can starve then..
